FAQ

Question:

How are the records delivered?

Response:

In sturdy shipping box, records are always taken out of the cover , to avoid punctures.

The record and cover come separately in a sturdy clear plastic sleeve, and then this in the box.

Question:

What happens when a record doesn’t live up to your expectations?

Response:

Here we have to differentiate a bit.
Case 1: If you don’t like the record because the bard didn’t perform as you expected, we recommend you to live with it and keep the record. We at VEB have about 5,000 records in storage that we would never voluntarily listen to ourselves.

The recordcan also be returned to us, as a commercial dealer we offer this of course. We refund you the purchase price, but you remain then halt and ebent on your return shipping costs squat, from the miserable hassle of repackaging, and Freimachens, as well as the dreariness of going to the Hermes Büdchen-man or Büdchen-woman or Büdchen-diverse, which often exists precariously and on returns shipments already times so no Bock has, once not to mention.

Maybe you can find a colleague at work, a good acquaintance or even a close relative to pass on the information. The one that does the bspw. confused the last Christmas gift-giving with “junk secret santa”. Then you simply give this unloved, hastily, thoughtlessly, carelessly or whimsically purchased sound carrier to him or her.

Case 2: The plate is not as we specified. For example, offered for sale as “Very Good Plus”, but scratched. This can happen theoretically, but it has not happened yet, because we conscientiously check our condition promise again before shipment. In this unlikely case, we would of course offer reasonable purchase price reduction or return – at our expense(!).

Question:

You were surfing around in our store and then you really wanted to buy a record that seemed cheap enough to you at 1,25 €. At the goods issue you were then but to your horror on a minimum order value (aaahrgh!!) of four and a half euros pointed out. Isn’t that anti-customer price gouging?

Response:

Yes, that’s one way to look at it. We at VEB have found that there are indeed customers who are willing to pay the most outrageous shipping costs to their remote locations, but are totally stingy when it comes to shopping. Now it is so that we have nothing of the shipping costs, the shipping service provider takes it all. We at VEB merely earn something on the value of the goods. And for under 4.50 € we plain spruce simply no longer stand up.
